In the cockpit, the aircraft is fully airline equipped and includes weather radar and a satellite navigation system. This enables us to operate in most weather conditions thus ensuring a high degree of reliability.
The Chieftain can accommodate up to seven passengers in cabin class comfort or it can be configured to carry up to 750kg freight. The Chieftain has excellent short field capabilities which allow greater flexibility in destinations. Also the Chieftain will take 8 Pax without any problem and 400 liters of fuel (150l/hr cruise setting) which gives you a pleasant range specially if not operated under public transport. More than two thousand of these aircraft have been manufactured for use in every part of the World.
If I could afford a jet, I d certainly prefer a company like Piper to one of the newbies!
